By using this website and purchasing goods from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We sell vintage and pre-owned homeware. Due to the nature of vintage items:

• Signs of age, wear, patina, or minor imperfections are to be expected.
   
• All items are sold as described and photographed.
   
• Photographs form part of the item description.
   
• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
   
• Measurements are approximate.
   

Age-related wear and characteristics consistent with vintage condition do not constitute faults.

• All prices are shown in GBP (£).
   
• We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
   
• Full payment must be received before dispatch.
   
• Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment providers.
   

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Stock errors
   
• Pricing errors
   
• Suspected fraudulent activity
   

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

As items are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, replacements may not be available.

• Orders are processed within 3-5 working days.
   
• We ship within the United Kingdom only.
   
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
   
• Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address provided.
   

If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

• The packaging
   
• The damaged item
   

Failure to report damage promptly may affect your claim.

As this is an online sale, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email within 14 days of delivery.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be returned:

• In the same condition as received
   
• Securely packaged
   
• With proof of purchase
   

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will include:

• The full purchase price
   
• The original standard delivery cost (if applicable)
   

We are not required to refund:

• Upgraded delivery costs
   
• Return postage (unless item is faulty)
   

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

• As described
   
• Of satisfactory quality
   
• Fit for purpose
   

If your item is faulty or significantly not as described, you have the right to reject it within 30 days for a full refund.

Please contact us immediately if you believe an item is faulty.

This does not apply to age-related wear clearly shown or described.

Vintage items are sold as decorative or functional pieces as described.

Where applicable:

• Electrical items should be checked by a qualified electrician before use unless otherwise stated.
   
• Decorative items should be used appropriately and safely.
   
• We are not responsible for misuse of products after purchase.
   

All content on this website, including images, text, branding and design, is the property of Lucy Hogg Designs and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
   
• Damage resulting from misuse of products
   
• Normal wear consistent with vintage condition
   

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
