Returns and Refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email within 14 days of delivery.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Items must be returned:

• In the same condition as received
   
• Securely packaged
   
• With proof of purchase
   

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

This right to cancel does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will include:

• The full purchase price
   
• The original standard delivery cost (if applicable)
   

We are not required to refund:

• Upgraded delivery services
   
• Return postage (unless the item is faulty)
   

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
